The Gleneagles Community Association was created by the land development company around the time of the construction of the first houses in the neighborhood. It originally included the Gleneagles park which has since been dedicated to the city. The park strip along the West side of 600 W remains in the stewardship of the HOA.

16 Aug 2000 – Phase 1 plat approved by City Council.
18 Aug 2000 – Phase 1 Plat recorded (151468) which included lots 106-163 and park parcels 101-105.
23 Mar 2001 – CCRs (160874) Lots 101-163 including all phase 1 single family homes, 201-254 which include the PUD townhomes.
23 Mar 2001 – HOA Articles of Incorporation (160875).
15 Jun 2005 – Phase 3A Plat (244881) approved by City Council which included lots 301-344.
15 Jun 2005 – Phase 3B Plat (262334) approved by City Council which included lots 345-385.
02 May 2007 – CCR 1st Amendment (283640) added lots from phase 3B including 363-369, and 374-376
07 May 2007 – CCR 2nd Amendment (283823) added lots from phase 3A including 307, 315, 321, 330, 332, 334, 336, 338, 340, 342, and 344.
11 May 2007 – CCR 3rd Amendment (284399) added lots from phase 3A including 302, 304, 306, 308-314, 316-320, 322, 323, 325, 327, 329, 331, 333, 335, 337, 339, 341, and 343.
11 May 2007 – CCR 4th Amendment (284431) added lots from phase 3B including 345-353, 355-361, and 370-373.
21 Aug 2007 – CCR 5th Amendment (291809) added lots 301, 303 and 328 from phase 3A, and lots 373 and 383 from phase 3B.
29 Nov 2007 – CCR 6th Amendment (297867) added lot 324 from phase 3A.

The volunteer board of directors serve for 3 year terms, with the current member terms ending in 2024.

Board meetings are only scheduled if there is business which requires voting. No meetings have been held or are currently scheduled in 2024.
Annual Budget
The annual budget is maintained by the board and contains the costs associated with the responsibilities and liabilities of the HOA.
