Is my house included in the HOA?

Most but not all single-family houses in the Gleneagles subdivision are included in the Gleneagles Community Association. Please refer to the History section on the about page to see which lot numbers were included in the original CCRs and each of the amendments. The plat maps on the document page can be utilized to identify your lot number.

What are the annual HOA dues and what do they cover?

The annual dues are $31.25 and invoices are mailed out in May each year. The fees cover the expenses identified in the annual budget, including insurance and maintenance of the park strip along 600 West on the side next to the single-family homes. The landscaping next to the townhomes are managed by the Gleneagles Townhomes Association.

How can I pay the annual HOA dues?

Payment of the annual dues are accepted by mail in the form of a check or money order and must include the property address or lot number. Other payment methods such as credit or debit cards are unfortunately not able to be accepted at this time. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice although can be paid anytime in advance during the year that it is due. If you have a credit on your account, the credit will show on your invoice and may reduce the amount owed.

Please be aware that accounts with substantial overdue balances that remain unpaid may be sent to collections or have a lien placed on the property.

What do I need to know if I am selling my house?

It is helpful for the HOA to be notified when a property is sold to facilitate the change in records for the new owner. Title companies will likely require that any past due HOA fees are paid prior to closing. There are no additional fees due to the HOA associated with selling a house in the neighborhood such as transfer fees or reinvestment fees. Brokers or agents requesting more information can contact the HOA.

What can I do if I have a complaint about a nuisance vehicle on the street?

Streets in the Gleneagles neighborhood are public rights-of-way under the jurisdiction of Tooele City and enforced by the Tooele City Police Department. Regulations can be found under Title 10 Traffic Code of the Tooele City Code. The police department provides a non-emergency dispatch number or an online form for citizen reporting.
